Luciferatu is a collection of information and thoughts about a variety of subjects in the realms of the Occult, Mythology, Parapsychology and the Macabre. The topics are based on my own personal interests and those of other like-minded site admins contributing to content.
What's with the name?
Well, Lucifer was taken already and very much associated nowadays with phenomenons like the TV show Lucifer (which is awesome, by the way — you should check it out!).
Going a little deeper and thinking of what else dark but cool is out there, I wondered around the internet and consulted my bookshelves about demons and other occult topics, and when I took a break and went to the kitchen to get a drink, I spotted my Nosferatu fridge magnet.
Nosferatu is an old movie adaptation of Bram Stoker’s Dracula. I’ve embedded it below as it’s available on YouTube, even though originally it was banned due to copyright issues. Enjoy!
So I took my notepad and I wrote down Lucifer, and I wrote down Nosferatu. And in the end, Luciferatu was born.
